The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently visiting the Fernie two Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies to your community.

SASSA might be rendering solutions for instance new social grant applications, change of payment method, client treatment enquiries, and also the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency reported it can be alarmed about the substantial quantity of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The aim with the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out into a high range of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is a result of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no thoroughly functional office focused on service the area regularly. The service issue established for intervention ordeals a superior inflow of potential beneficiaries, which makes it hard with the Workplace to attend to all people who go to a status sassa service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise far more means to enable the sassa servicing of all consumers and raise usage of Social Assistance services,” the agency said.
